I was on the phone a couple of hours ago with attraction tickets to change my dates from August to November. New tickets need to be issued plus there was a small price difference to pay which I did there and then over the phone. The rep said I would get an email to send pictures of my cut up tickets to but as yet I haven't got anything. Anybody else that had to do this how long did it take for the email to come through? Thanks

Had to cut up or Boo Bash tickets 😭

Fabulous service from Attraction Tickets, they said it would be a while for Disney to cancel the tickets and that that had to happen before they could issue the refund. From me cancelling the refund hit my card in 3 days 👏

I have just cancelled our December trip and cut my tickets up.
I called them on Monday, then immediately sent them the photos they requested.
My refund has appeared today.
Great service.

I'm going to have to do this soon

Which date were you booked for? Did you have to provide proof your flight was cancelled or anything? Our flights haven't been cancelled yet (expecting this next week) so guess I can't cancel until after that.

We were 17th Aug I think but our flight out was for 7th Aug.

They just needed to see that the proclamation is still in effect on the date you are due to travel.

Or see confirmation that your flight was cancelled.

As our flights to Miami were still operating I waited until after the date we were due to fly to contact them.

Phoned and the processed the refund with no questions asked.

Excellent service.

The email came straight away for me, she did say to check junk just in case. I sent the cut up photo on Friday and the new tickets arrived today.

Thanks. Looks like they didn't send it, I checked my junk folder. I'll ring them again tomorrow.
