Buying DVC

Hi,

Is there a service where broker will do a leg work for us ie searching for specific DVC home resort with roughly points that we are looking to buy?

Many thanks

He works for one of the brokers, I'm sure he'll be able to set you up.

Sign up to all the brokers emails and simply look daily. Pick the best contract and put in an offer.
Jason on here is Buy and Sell DVC.
There are also the following further reputable companies:
DVC Resalemarket.
DVC Store (Fidelity).
Resales DVC.
DVC shop.
DVC By Resale.

There may be more, but these are the well known ones who have been around a long time.

It’s a hot market at the moment so the best contracts go quickly, so being on mailing lists is the best way to get a good offer in first.

As to what to offer, a good place to consult is the ROFR thread on the ‘other board’ to see what sort of offers are being made and what is passing ROFR.
