Physical tickets

Hello all I’m looking for some help. We are trying to research the ticketing companies and wondered if anyone is able to tell me which of the ticketing companies send actual tickets once the balance is paid, and which (if any) send an email which you need to take to a customer service desk?

Many thanks in advance for any help offered 😁

Attraction Tickets send out real tickets, we have used them for the last 5 or 6 years.

American Attractions send out proper tickets. We've used them countless times, great customer service and we've always found them to be the cheapest in the past.
