Jess at Orlando Attraction Tickets
Huge thanks to Jess for moving our Universal and KSC tickets back by 12 months for the second year running.
Very quick, efficient and kindly waived the amendment fee fo4 this year given the current difficulties. Very relieved!

Did they charge you for the addition though?
I spoke to Jess at weekend via chat and to move my tickets to 2022 would have cost me an additional £402. I was told that I could move them at any point this year up to end of December even though I was due to go in August that way I may be able to take advantage of any black friday deals

Another vote for Jess from me
We have tickets booked for Universal for September and the balance was due to be paid by 16th July. Given the current situation I was reluctant to pay in full not knowing if we will get to go. Jess has agreed to put back our payment date until the 31st August so that at least by then we should know if we are able to go and we still benefit from the brilliant price we originally booked for Very impressed by Orlando Attraction Tickets. Superb Customer Service. All emails sent were responded to within 30 minutes.

I have emailed them this morning asking to change my Disney tickets to next year, just waiting for a reply to see what they say, hoping for a not too expensive outcome.

Sorry I’d missed this post, tiny amendment fee nowhere near £402 - ouch! Sorry to hear and I’d agree with the Black Friday strategy - every penny helps and that’s extortionate!
