Video review. Food certainly doesn’t look worth the price to me. With this and the new forced 3 course California Grill $79 menus, I’m feeling disappointed now as I’d planned to visit both at Xmas but now both are off the table (pun intended).

Ingenious idea- put some fancy screen lift in at the start and some big screens behind a window and charge an extra third markup on usual Disney prices. That lift etc will pay for itself in months.

I’ll be interested to see if it’s still as busy in a few years when the hype dies down and the proper food reviews come through.

I was ok with the price for lunch as a one off, as I reasoned it is no worse tha paying for venue / experience in lots of other Disney venues. I have watched a couple of vlogs now and if we go I will still try to get a reservation but won’t be terribly disappointed if I am unsuccessful. It does kind of feel like I would be primarily paying for the lift.

Having watched the videos now I feel like they could have tried much harder with the theming. I thought it would be like a round room with a 360 screen and really feel like you were up there in space. They could have put in more cool touches like the one area with the plants, more pretend space station type theming.

It's a big 'meh' from me. But maybe its much cooler in person.

Paging Mr Morrow loved it BUT the view didn’t look quite what I thought. I also thought it would be 360 revolving view. Not sure if I’d go.

Jesus they were queuing 5 hours to get in- madness!

Mr Morrow (Youtuber not Dibber) pays what he calls a small $18 up charge on the $79 for the rib-eye. Must be nice to eat tax deductible.

Restaurant concept looks cool though for novelty value.

Of course he did 🤣

That man could have waited in a 10 hour queue for Rise of the Resistance that then breaks down just before he gets on and he would still tell you he had a 'super awesome day at the Studios'.

Get your CV in the post to Disney Imagineering and show those fools how to really do these things properly!

If the standby queues are as long as people are fearing, expect this exact video in the next few weeks.

I love Nate but I've yet to hear a negative word out of his mouth (which is intentional, watch his recent about me video for the reason) so not who I go to for genuine reviews.

Hi all. Ate there for lunch today. They have a new "virtual queue" (which is not a virtual queue) for this week. Got in line at 10.45 and after 30mins had a return reservation at 2.15.

The food was really nice to be honest, better than I expected. Was a little underwhelmed by how immersive the meal room was but the lift was ace. Glad we did it but imho wouldn't be fussed about doing again.
