They replied within 24 hours.the same with the second reply, wasn’t long at all.
I’d maybe send another one.

Thanks. I’ve sent another ‘form’ from SeaWorld’s website reminding them of the question I sent last week.

It took 10 days from submitting my first question but SeaWorld have now replied with a nicely worded email confirming my 2020 3 Park tickets are extended until December 2022. Fantastic news, thanks to Icey and others on this thread for the advice.

Anyone had a refund from Klook recently?

I emailed their support about a refund for my 3-park explorer Universal Orlando tickets on the 25th August. Just wondered how quickly they are processing them (if at all) these days before giving into a Credit Card claim.

3 emails later and even though they have replied each time to say they are working on it, still no refund.
