Yes, I have started.

Makeup, body sprays and perfumes for my girls.
Aftershave for one nephew, three more to go.
New apron for my sister.
Scarves for my son's teachers.
Hat and gloves for children's Godfather.
Scarf, purse and bag for sister in law.

I have picked up some of the stuff from National Trust for Scotland and Historical Scotland, and from some wee Independent shops while we have been away this summer.

I love Christmas, I like to start early because I hate running around trying to buy something special, it's just too stressful. Now the only stressful thing is remembering where I hid everything!

This was us growing up, tried to continue it with my own. Worked when they were little but as adults it's a lot harder 😏

I have started this week, I have bought my gd a magformers kitchen and hotel from Amazon (magnates) . I buy when I see things I like, because they won’t be there when I go to buy, bit like Disney really 😀

I am the same with my youngest who is 8. He doesn’t play with toys at all but still believes in santa so obviously needs presents 🙈🤣🙈

It’s a horrible age especially for boys unless they are really into something.

Ds birthday in a couple of weeks and all he’s got at the moment is some new clothes

Usually by this point, I have a long list of ideas for my DS9. I’m really struggling this year. So my list consists of LED lights for his bedroom 🤔

We went to Hobbycraft today as grandchildren got good school reports so got a few things of their own choice.

Grandson 9 - sketch book, star wars affix type model to stick together and paint, life painting stick man as he loves drawing people

Granddaughter 7 - sketch book, paint, owl sewing kit, unicorn sticker thing.

I like them to have things to make and do and they love them.
