Lynx Bus transfer question

Does anyone know if you can get a lynx bus from the airport to international Drive with all your luggage in tow? We haven't got a car or any transfers booked so was going to just jump on one of the lynx buses. Wasn't sure if they would allow you on with 2 large suitcases and 2 small ones.(hand luggage)

It depends on the driver. There's no space to store luggage, so if the bus is busy they won't allow it. You're going to have to hold whatever you take onboard. It's going to take about an hour and a half and a bus change. Problem is you might be OK on the first bus and not on the second.

Thanks I'm staying at the Rosen inn nearest universal studios. Just thought it would be cheaper and easier.

It's certainly cheaper, but easier no. Lynx is not designed to transport tourists. As I said before they're not really happy to take luggage onboard, you have to hold it. There aren't any luggage racks. If the bus is busy they won't let luggage onboard.

Ah ok I'll see if I can book some normal transfers using resort hoppa instead. Thanks for the advice

Why not just jump into a taxi from the taxi rank?

We plan on just getting a metered cab from the airport, there will be 5 of us and the shuttles are kinda pricy but when I looked into metered cabs it says it should be about $36-37 one way plus tip
Anyone know if this sounds right, and are there plenty to choose from, like will it be easy to get one for 5 people?
Thanks
