So far calculations are:
August £1300 each for flight and hotel (package with tui) £270~ Each universal tickets £30 each for airport hotel at Manchester (using Tesco vouchers for part) £35 each for return train to Manchester EDIT: £100 each approx for MNSSHP (unsure of ticket prices) £500 each spends Approx £2200 each 😛 expensive but worth every penny

Mine seems quite high considering we're not staying in any fancy hotels or going to Disney.
£146pppn. That's over the Easter school holidays, 4 nights in Tampa, 9 nights at Rosen Inn at Pointe, BA direct flights (WT+ out and WT home), 9 nights car hire, DC (non-swim)/BG/SW tickets, US 3 park tickets, Gatwick hotel and parking. We're going to a sporting event in Tampa and I haven't included the costs of the tickets for that. They were also expensive! |

Ohhh I never add anything up,I kid myself on that all the extras like trains down to Manchester, hotels before and after at the airport are all free 😲🤔I only think of the flight and hotel cost which is £2,700 for two of us flying direct from Manchester for 4 weeks over Christmas and New Year.

Following with interest, thank you to all who have shared costings. It is making me rethink next years trip as we seem to spend significantly more. We have always stayed deluxe Disney in past but think need to reevaluate particularly as need to fly from Manchester which doesn't offer many discounts! Great thread Thank you Hx

Interesting post!
We've booked 18 nights at the Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista flying VA economy (LGW-MCO direct) on 14 April with Virgin Holidays. Our ticket prices are a bit different this time as we upgraded our Universal and Disney tickets to annual passes when we went last May so I've just included the upgrade price. So for 2 adults we have: VH package (18 nights hotel, economy flights and V-room) - £1953 Premier Inn Gatwick - £49 Car hire - £460 Bubble seats 1 way - £60 Disney passes - £500 Universal passes - £80 MK after hours - £160 Villains after hours - £180 Which comes to £90.5 pppn. We haven't booked airport parking yet. We don't have any food included so will have to pay for that while there. The AP does include free parking at Disney plus food and merch discounts though :-)
