Dennys for us. We do also occasionally sneak in a maccie d’s breakfast if going out towards the beach etc as it’s quick & can eat in the car.

Cracker Barrel is the best. Denny's is always great value and Hash House a Go Go is darn good too - huge and delicious pancakes. Friendly's makes great French toast.

I did a survey a few months ago to find out. I left some good ones off, which are mentioned in remarks.

WaWa's do excellent food at cheap prices, they usually have coffee on offer too. You can even get samples of the various coffees on sale.
However good WaWa's food our go to breakfast place is Einstein Bros Bagels on Dr Philips, on the same site as KeKe's. Their bagels are nothing like the bagels you get in the UK, they are the best I have ever had. We make it our first breakfast in Florida, visiting several times during our visit. |

My preferred order for a sit down meal would be:
First Watch Keke's Perkins Bob Evan's Cracker Barrel Denny's IHOP (they add pancake batter to omlets!) Friendly's (just looking at pictures of ice cream on breakfast food does not appeal). Sadly the first two aren't too common in touristy areas. Denny's are everywhere and fine if the others aren't nearby. I have left off Golden Corral and Ponderosa because buffets for things like pancakes just aren't as fresh IMO and 1 serving everywhere else is plenty for us. For fast food Wawa, McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts are all fine. Chik-fil-a has a very limited menu. When I tried Wendy's the biscuits were soaked in honey and probably too sweet for most Brits. Dunkin Donuts has added meat free sausage patties that are pretty good.

Yeah I’ve seen that First Watch and KeKes are not close by to us. To be honest not a lot is as we are staying in Watersong. 🤪 I’ve got a good list so far, which has been recommended by the everyone who has replied. The majority are ones I’ve seen that have been recommended in the past. Pancake Batter to omelettes 😳 🤘 |

Yeah, not great especially when omelettes are usually one of the few gluten free things on a US breakfast menu.
The First Watch at Championsgate Gate isn't too far if you aren't in a rush one morning. You are right about there not being many places right near Watersong though. On park days I would be eating at the villa most of the time.
