I am really sorry but I am really confused
 It doesn't take much I'm afraid.  We are staying onsite and therefore all have the magicbands and I have linked all of the family on MDE. If my DSs decide to go off on a ride on their own can they show their magicbands and the photo will be linked to the MM, even if I as the named person for MM am not there? In the past we used Photopass and we could download the photos on to our PC to keep and ultimately have them on a disk. Can this be done with MM? Approximately how much are individual ride photos? I am sorry I have tried to read through the explanation on MDE and I am even more confused

I have got the photo package in the past and will get memory maker for my next.
The reasons are that I am always the one behind the camera and other holidays, trips it looks like I am not there lol. Also I have got the most amazing family pictures that are just the best and couldn't be achieved if I had took them. Some examples: Family with all the dwalfs  A photo of my son with the hat and amazing blurred feature behind. My son with wings A photo of my teen daughter with an amazing expression giving mickey a hug. (Normally a grumpy teenager). My daughter giving her dad a kiss on the check lol she would not have done that if i had asked lol. Plus many more to mention.

I have purchased MM and linked it to my account and my understanding is that other family members also linked to me on my MDE will be able to get photos take at rides even if I am not there but I need to get their photo linked to my account. Now reading a response posted by a Dibber from Disney themselves would indicate that I link the other persons ride photo by going to the desk (where you would have purchased the photo at the ride) within 24 hours. At this point I am confused as to how they know the correct photo, do the other riders take a note of the ride photo at the time to get it linked later.

Oh and I agree with other posters if I'd not purchased it we wouldn't have any family shots all together, I'm the one that takes all the photos! Looking back on previous trips it looks like I'm not there!
