Bumbag or small bag for 9 & 11 yr old

First visit where the children are old enough to carry some of their own stuff

Keen to not be having to take my bag on and off every 5 mins to put sunglasses in/take sunglasses out etc etc.

Needs to be small enough to fit a child but big enough to fit - small phone or camera, small coin purse/wallet, hand gel, sunglasses.

Wonder if a small water bottle could be clipped to it - if not i'll leave those in my rucksack - tend to be in the side pouches so easy to reach.

So many on Amazon but no idea of quality or suitability.

Can anyone recommend ones they have used.

Do I need to consider getting waterproof ones?

It's better than 'Mum, can I have my glasses, Mum can I have my money, Mum, can I put me glasses back, Mum can I have some hand gel, Mum can I have my phone' and on and on

My girls both got a bumbag from Primark. They have loads of styles. They will be responsible for their own bits. Phones will be in a waterproof lanyard around their neck

Don't have a Decathlon nearby but will keep my eye out if we get near one in the coming months.

Grandkids have their own bumbags now and are responsible for them. Saves my daughter or me having to carry their bits. We pare it down to the essentials only.

we just take one smallish rucksack for everything. Less chance of it being left by the kids!
