The top one is a fixing device we use. All it needs is a socket set. I assume there was a decorative cover over it?

The second one just looks like a normal screw to me but it's too blurry to tell.

Hi are these 2 attached .looks like hex screw special screwdriver, �6/7 set . Top photo looks like a nut head/bolt

The second one is a Torx drive probably a TX-25 or TX-30

The top one is a Hex Set Bolt so a socket set would get that out.

They really didn't want the banister to come off - those are heavy duty concrete screws!

We use them in my job to do bracket fixings that hold up glass facades.
