I enjoy a glass of white wine and often think of just having a wee drop more.
Leave it 10 mins and the notion passes. A bit like when you eat some nice chocolate - eat too much and you end up feeling sick.

Thing is Mickey House if the wine makes you feel that awful the next day then your body is telling you not to do it! Mother nature is very clever!... Many people are sick after alcohol abuse (even just one night) because their livers are not handling it so your immune system tries to protect you by making you sick it up but unfortunately some people will not care how sick they have been ,they will still pour it back in!..
