Mandalorian Disney +

It looks great, but after a few episodes the storyline is a bit sugary sweet imo.

I think it’s brilliant- particularly the one where they go to try and spring the gang from the prison ship.

I’ve only watched the first 4 episodes, I’ve not seen that one yet.

Started off well then dropped off for us. Watched what was available and will probably watch new episodes but not one I will be looking to see when they come out.

Whole of Disney+ is not something I will renew unless it improves considerably.

This...

I found it a lot like a 60s Cowboy series, with space ships and phasers

The best thing in it up to now for me is the bounty hunter robot in episode 2 I think. That was awesome.

I’ve only got it as it was free with O2 for 6 months.

I love the mandalorian. I can’t wait for season 2 especially with the new casting rumours

Should be landing in Orlando now, hey ho... Finally finished it tonight - the pre-opening credit scene of episode 8 with the speeder riders had me and Tyke in stitches, and the Armourer is a proper weapon!
Lots of episodes were homages to old movies, I'm sure... There's a Fist Full of Dollars (or Yojimbo if you really want to go back to source) in there, I'm sure. I saw Kurosawa, Spaghetti Westerns, all sorts.
Overall, really enjoyed it. Looking forward to season 2.

I think that's the point. It's supposed to be a sci-fi western.

Personally I loved it.
