I wasn’t suggesting that the officers should have refused to be photographed etc
What I am suggesting is that she feels it appropriate to cover her friends face to protect his privacy but thinks nothing of putting the officers on national tv without giving a damn as to whether they may have wanted or deserved a little more privacy.
( irrespective of the privacy law ). She could have chosen to blur out the officers faces ( assuming it was her that blurred her friends face in the videos )

C4 News presenter Fatima Manji has tweeted that the selfie camera was used on the phone.

Selfie camera may reverse the image then correct it when saved depending on the settings and OS ?

Fatima confirms C4 News blurred out the driver.

Therefore Dawn Butler did not blur the image, maybe the original footage was passed to C4 News reversed, then corrected by them ?

Butler's original tweet could have been worded differently for her purpose.

I thought she was incredibly rude. All she wanted to do was talk over him, showing off for the camera.Can you imagine the uproar had the police officer waved his hand in front of her face and pointed his fingers at her the way she did to him.

A mistake was made and an apology given. It happens.

Nobody knows the history of the Yorkshire car. It could have had flags and outstandings all over it.

The Yorkshire car could belong to a mafia kingpin, a retired dentist or Mr Blobby - all have the right to privacy and I agree that the "error" reg should not be given out.

Speculation only, but another alternative that may be out there.

The red flag could have been that the vehicle details possibly didn’t match when the incorrect reg ( inadvertently) was input. Not that it was registered in Yorkshire. The car might have shown up as a red fiat Panda not a BMW. That would be a reason for stopping the vehicle.
Although cloned vehicles do use far off number plates as there is less likelihood of the proper owner seeing his car reg on another!
We had a van that was involved in an accident in Norfolk although it was happily sitting on our drive! In that instance the reg was put on an exact match vehicle.

Exactly, which makes her reaction to a friendly police stop entirely unacceptable when she is clearly promoting even more hate from black people towards the police.

Worrying to think that had labour previously won the election she would have dangerously been in position of even greater power (she probably would have banned police from stopping black people - or white drivers if a black person is in the car).

She is dishonest and is not fit to serve as an MP (in fact she's not fit to serve in my local Asda), but Keir Starmer is very quiet at the moment, and I would expect he is very embarrassed by her behaviour.
