Anyone used travel time insurance ?

Hi guys
Has anyone used travel time insurance ?
They are 5* rated but just wondering what you guys think x

Ive not had any dealings with them as such but booked travel insurance with them for our cancelled holiday last month so didn�t actually use it, they refunded the money quickly though after I emailed the details over

Just had a look at these there terma seem to suggest that they will cover emergency medical treatment for covud but not cancellations etc- is this how your reading it too?

Yeah that's how it works ... getting cancellation for COVID isn't available now and very few are even offering medical cover x
