British Airways Holidays

I have been to Barbados with British Airways holidays and they were excellent. Some friends that went on the same day as us to the same hotel but on with a package company got put on a minibus from the airport which then took nearly 2 hours to the hotel as it stopped off at lots of hotels first. We got escorted to an air-conditioned Mercedes and whisked straight there with bottles of ice cold water and fruits.

This time last year we had a package trip with BA to Venice paid in full , we made a change after our original flight was cancelled then when the government imposed travel restrictions we got our refund within days. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

BA are going to be benefiting from a lot of extra demand post lockdown if these threads are anything to go by- hopefully their prices won’t go silly but I could see holidays getting expensive from 2023 with everyone.

BA holidays are great but never fall for the sale. Prices are usually better at other times.

On this occasion the price was better by £180 each so I'm happy
I am one of those people that will do my damnest to get the best deal possible whether it's by DIY or package.
On this occasion package wins due to COVID.

Now my worry is have I booked the right hotel with the Sandos. Those Standard rooms are looking a bit tired and sad and the beach doesn't sound the best. This is all being done on a Tenerife budget I have to keep telling myself
Thankfully there is a no charge to change at the moment so I shall keep on looking and amend if needs be.
