Do you think they should take him to the doctors?

Wasn’t there a report recently of skin rashes like chickenpox/shingles actually being COVID-19?

We've not been locked away from everyone though 100% have we. Gd had chickenpox at the beginning. Was horrendous for her as it sent her blood sugars all over the place and she had spots everywhere

I would get them to ring doctors and let them decide wharevto go from there. I thought it was a notifiable disease so needs to go on their medical notes snyway, if they want to do further tests they will inform them then.
I think if CP was C-19, then alot more people would have antibodies. Although along that theory i’ m Cv-19 negative, never had Cp or shingles.

Unless the chicken pox is a bad case I wouldn’t phone the drs. Never did with my ds who had a mild case. I just went to the chemist for camomile lotion and anti histamines.

You should phone doctors as they will record that the child has chicken pox.
This can be important in the future. I have t had chicken pox and whilst pregnant and working a colleague had shingles. Because my doctors had no record of me having had chicken pox I had to stay off work until I had an antibody test. The test was negative and I was asked to work from home for a week. If the doctors had records showing I’d had chicken pox I would have continued to work. |
