OOh excellent, will check that out next time then thank you. Do you get 60 days or 30 days for FP's using you points?

Please note: by booking this hotel through Virgin Holidays you will be able to make Disney FastPass+ selections up to 30 days in advance.
Not very good of Virgin in that case, as this is definitely a 60 day FP booking hotel. I think I would try and badger them for the reference number in order to link up to MDE or I wouldn't book with them at all.

60 days, you just need to link the reservation to MDE. I think DH had to ring Marriott for a different reservation number that worked on MDE. But at 60 days it opened up for our 6 night stay. I would definitely stay here again using points.

Also virgin holidays has these with free parking. Was also looking at them as mostly same perks as onsite except free dining

Apparently because VH have arranged other benefits, such as free parking, a food voucher etc. It was unclear to me if you were able to link the reservation to MDE and already have valid tickets, whether you might be able to book FP+ at 60 days. However, if you're buying your Disney tickets through VH then from what I've read they don't give you the ticket number until 30 days before you travel, so you can't get FP+ at 60 days unless staying in one of the Disney resorts.
This was the exact bit that I seen on the Virgin Website. You're getting the $28 dollars a night parking for free (though I'm sure I read somewhere that UK guests aren't being charged this till 2020, I go Dec 2019). They are also giving you a $50 food voucher for any adult only booking.
Tbh I'd much rather have the FP+60 days.

As you are getting the parking anyway, that benefit is moot, personally I'd cancel the ticket portion & book them separate , hopefully allowing the 60 FP+

Not sure VH are being completely up front. We are staying at Dolphin in September and were told by VH it was 30 days. Got our tickets from VH at 33 days and put the reference number from the tickets into MDE. Lo and behold we were able to book fast paths for the full fortnight on that day.

But it would have been better to get them at 60 days.
