I did a triathlon!

So a few years back I wrote a 40 before I’m 40 list and on it was so a triathlon. Just always been something I fancied. I don’t own a bike (used my daughters) and in April I couldn’t run 60secs without being out of breath. I followed couch to 5k which had massively improved my stamina and did a few bike rides and today I successfully did my triathlon! 200m swim. 12.5k bike and 2.5k run. So so proud of myself

I managed to raise over £600 for cancer research too.

I’d like to keep up the running in some form but I’m super pleased to not have to do it and find time for it as it’s been stressful fitting training in.
