Mobile So impressed by Princess

We’ve booked with Princess for next year after having had our cruises for this year and next year with P&O cancelled. I have to say that booking direct with Princess has been a brilliant experience. I’ve had contact so far regarding booking, an issue with the deposit and today because we’d been split across the ship when our booking was transferred from the Grand Princess to the Regal. Each time, I’ve been treated with great courtesy and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I really hope this is an indication of what’s to come as they’ve made a great impression so far.

I found them great when I booked mine last year - couldn’t fault them from booking through to the onboard staff 😊

We’re big Princess fans - had two cruises cancelled for August and November but have two booked for August and October next year. Hope they do the £1 deposit day again soon.

Have travelled several times with Princess and always found them very helpful. We had one cruise where the disembarkation tour back to the airport was a disaster and not as listed. On our return we spoke to Princess about getting a refund of refundable on board credit we were due and when asked about our cruise mentioned the disappointing tour. She immediately apologised and said if it did not follow the itinerary they would be looking into it and refunded the cost to our account which we had not intended to ask for. Needless to say we were impressed with their service and attitude.
