DH used to insist on a real tree every year and although I liked them I used to find needles for months after and one year we had one which had hardly any needles left on it by Christmas.
We’ve had an artificial one now for years and bought the current one 7 years ago which is green with pine cones and has a snow effect on it

We had the same green artificial tree for 29 years. It’s about 7 1/2ft, I’ve been saying I’ll get a new one for the last 10 years, but I still like it. It’s quite wide, and the ones I’ve seen all seem much narrower.

I love a real tree but I have underfloor heating they just dry out within days no matter how much water and spraying they get so I have artificial indoors.
Lounge and Hall are 9ft and I have other smaller ones in different rooms. Big real one outside

Real. 6 to 7ft Nordman. Love the smell and the imperfectness of nature. It is sad though when it goes off to be turned into mulch.

Artificial tree for the last few year’s. I do love a real tree but it can be stressful getting one the right shape that is not lopsided 😊.
Our artificial tree is green and looks reasonably real by the time all the decorations are on!

I used to look forward to the annual tree event but now I find it just gives me the needle.

Our Xmas ‘box’ however is full of memories from christmas past. We love opening it,...it is a voyage of discovery. Tree decorations made by the kids over the years together with Disney purchases from holidays past.

I have an huge artificial tree which takes and age to put up and has a large diameter. Takes 2 people to manoeuvre out of the loft. DS and DD have both left home, so I’m home alone, so will see if DS is able to come and help me get it out of the loft.
I have a real tree in a large tub outside the front done which I usually put battery fairy lights on.

Always a real tree, about 6ft but I seem to pick a bigger one every year as I forget how small our lounge is!
