The U.S. English is there but it's in a different place. Just check the screen shot carefully. Underneath the Park & Tickets list You'll see International Versions. Select US English.

Do you mean in the bottom left corner, or somewhere else?

I have a drop down 'International Options', but US English isn't listed.

I get to the US ticket page via this page:

disneyworld.disney.go/tickets/

That gives me the US version here at work.

Towards the bottom of the page is a section headed "International Versions". There's no longer a drop down list - just a list of various versions (USA: English | Espanol, Canada: Francais, etc). Strangely, there isn't a UK version for me.

To get to the UK version of Disney's ticket site, I have to go here:

wdtc.disneyinternational/Select-Tickets.asp

That's weird. I wonder why I'm directed to a US version of Disney's website? (Occasionally websites think I'm accessing the site from France, but not America). Perhaps I still have an old cookie installed that directs the site to the US version?
