Good Luck. Don’t give up hope.

Different situation, but when I had to make a school appeal to the LA I felt exactly the same. I felt interrogated and didn’t hold out any hope of winning. I won every case/ school and had letters come through one after the other confirming it. I cried, I couldn’t believe it. Just because you feel like it was awful, doesn’t mean it was.

Good news, they agreed with me about her care needs, so got highest rate, and until 2028, so relieved, although i know she will probably have to transfer to PIP or whatever at 16years old.

Well done on succeeding with your appeal!

So many give up because of the hard work involved in getting all the evidence together but it is worth it in the end.
