No probs I'm always around if you have any qs! We were meant to go on Symphony in August then up to Orlando for a week. I know the most important thing is we are safe and healthy but am going to miss it this year

We did this cruise last July, our first ever cruise! We were on the Navigator.

We didn't need drinks package, or buy any food not included and would dobthe the same again, plenty of everything.

The island is wonderful, we would do the one that stops their twice next time! Lots to do, and good free food and drinks. No need to do water park.

The on board WiFi is worth having... We used our free credit for this, I think 25usd each.

Didn't think much of Nassu, we just walked round for an hour, and as our first cruise decided to enjoy the boat instead.

Sure you will have an awesome time!

I dont know yet Maddox. I have a health issue so would need to feel v confident that it's safe. Hand cleaning on cruise ships is a huge priority prior to Covid and I have found them to be spotless. Time will tell but i really hope so. Would love to maybe book in Feb and go in May no long countdown like we usually do! We surprised the kids in 2016 they thought they were going to Liverpool! Dd said the other day she would love us to surprise her again so you never know 😉

Ah. Hopefully all going well we will be out the other side of this soon and you get to book again. After the disappointment of this year I would love to surprise the kids but I'll never keep it to myself ..lol thanks again for all the info. Great help🙂

1. Are the 5 of you in one room? Or 2 interconnecting? If one room, try to stretch for a balcony if possible.
2. Get the drinks package but watch the planner as the price fluctuates. Black Friday is meant to be best price. I don't know if I would get it for the kids though. You can take bottled water with the adults one so we would share them with the kids. Then at dinner if they wanted a diet coke we would just buy it but you know your own gang!
3. It's safer to book excursions with RC but again pricey. You don't need to book one at each stop though e.g. Nassau. You can walk from ship to main street in 5 mins. It is duty free shopping, I got my Pandora bracelet there. Also, as most people get off the ship and pools are really quiet.
4. The formal nights are not what they used to be but some people still go all out so make sure everyone has something really nice to get dressed up in. Their will be photographers outside the main dining room so lovely to get a family photo.
5. If the kids like clubs then they will love it. My 2 are like stick and plaster so never went to them but I would have felt comfortable leaving them there.
6. Room service is free! Just allocate a tip to the chap who brings it.
7. The leave the planner for the next day on your bed the night before. Read down thru it and highlight what you would like to do so you don't miss out on anything.
8. You can keep check of your bill on the TV. On the last night they just leave your receipt under the door unless you wish to pay cash.
9. Its just as addictive as Orlando. You can book your next cruise on board!

Hope that helps!
We’ve been on five RCI cruises and love them . Coco Cay is fabulous and no need to book or pay for anything. We just chilled at the pool and enjoyed the cocktails (we had the deluxe drink package which to us was worth every penny despite us not being big drinkers).

I’d suggest booking the drink package then check your cruise planner regularly - I checked every day so slightly obsessively but we cancelled and rebooked four times I think - eventually got it for £37pppd.

Also, room service isn’t free, there’s a $8 charge.

We've got a cruise booked for this Sept (will be moving it to next Sept shortly). The Deluxe Drinks started at £54, then dropped to £49, then £47. For a long while it has been sitting at £37.

What would be a good price to get them at?
