I really want to cruise tomorrow! Desperate now actually. I have one booked for December (over Christmas) but really not sure it will go ahead. We are booking trips as if it will but who knows.

We’re booked for April. It’s fully refundable until December so we’ve decided to make a decision then on whether to change the date or get a refund.

I hope you’re goes ahead.

Thanks

I'm booked on one next May (my October cancelled one) just still hoping that December may happen. Its a Future Cruise Credit anyway so if it gets cancelled we will just move it to another one later in the year but it seems so strange to be sat planning for one that may never happen! I thought it was bad enough planning for October back in June but it looked more likely back then than december does now

My November one now been cancelled - now decided to wait until the pause is lifted before rescheduling - I’d go tomorrow if I could though!

We still have one booked for Easter with Disney but have found a decent price with P&O for August on the Iona. Doing both will be a stretch financially but i'm tempted to book it and if we do end up going in April we could move the August one to the following year.

As many of us are really missing cruising, today’s statement from Cunard was a further blow. Cunard has further extended its pause in operations to sailings up to 25 March 2021 for Queen Elizabeth, 18 April 2021 for Queen Mary 2 and 16 May 2021 for Queen Victoria. If this is replicated across other cruise it will mean that most won’t have sailed for a year or more. Sad news.

I'm just hoping this is because Cunard does a lot of transatlantics and these will be harder to coordinate - at least 2 authorities to look at etc. Who knows though.
