We’ve booked an air B and B and I’ve just started a list of what to take, whereas an orlando list starts with Sun Tan Lotion this one starts with dettol wipes and anti bac spray!

We're going to Yorkshire on Tuesday, three nights in the North York Moors followed by nine nights in the Yorkshire Dales. I'm ridiculously excited to finally be going on holiday. Both cottages are in small villages with a good pub (one across the road, one next door) so we shall spend our time walking up and down hills, drinking beer, and generally escaping from everyday life.
We're certainly not taking our own pillows and I don't plan to clean things when we arrive, unless anything actually looks dirty. Maybe I'm too trusting, but that's what cleaning fees are for.

We’ve just come back from a weekend in the Dales - we stayed and ate here two nights.

Right off the beaten track and the food is amazing, the chips alone are worth the trip. Dog friendly too, I spent the last night enjoying a Sunday roast with a dog asleep at my feet, it was perfect!
