Outside for me, but not in ice or snow.

I bought a treadmill at the beginning of lockdown as there were rumours we wouldn't be allowed out at all. But we were still allowed our once a day so I sold it last week as I'd only used it 4 times. I will run in any weather, including snow and ice (running on the roads as they normally thaw out first)

I have thermal running leggings from Nike and normally wear them in January, February with gloves.

Outside running every time! I much prefer Winter running anyway as I’m always hot! I don’t even wear any layers in the winter, just a t.shirt type top as I get so hot running.

Outside for me. I don’t run when it’s snowy or icy though. My favourite is a run in the rain. Keeps me cool! For colder runs I have a long sleeve top to wear over my usual top. I just need to get som gloves.

Someone once said to me, you never get cold when running. Which is true. It's just the throwing yourself out there to begin with that's the problem. I hate treadmills, so boring. (and they make me dizzy..is that just me?)

My body certainly "runs hot" in the same way.

The few times I tried running with a hat and/or gloves I found that I was roasting within a mile or so, wanted to take them off but couldn't as I had nowhere to put them.

I used to wear gloves then end up taking them off, best thing I wear in the winter is running tops with the finger covers so you can peel them back if you’re too hot
