Where has my booking gone ?

Wow. Just logged in to MDE and all thats there is All Stars Movies !5th Sept. and Grand Floridian "24th Sept. My Coronado Springs wthe DDP, Tickets and MM have vanished . Phoned Disney and have to wait for an hour to phone the MDE guys who are working on "Magical Enhancement" Trying to keep calm, but Im starting to lose it.

Have you tried the website as the app is glitchy. Must say MDE generally is a less than magical experience.

MDE is extremely glitchy at the minute.
On my MDE app, my booking has disappeared. On the website, it shows I have bookings for two different hotels! I wouldn’t panic too much. They are experiencing quite significant technical problems at the minute - I imagine it will be easily rectified.

It is on the website. Ive tried all sorts of devious ways to trick it, but its up for the fight ! Im just bouncing because I cant ring them yet. It will be fine, Im sure

OP. Easy to say but dont worry. The last 4 weeks out here it has been dreadful. FPs disappearing, showing one person not two, then double the number of them etc

Sad really as when it was introduced it was amazing, now it's garbage.

I shouldn't worry too much - easy to say. The amount of threads over the years with similar problems for the MDE app are numerous.

Happened for the first time for me about a month ago. Several FP+ and ADRs went missing on the app. Logged onto the website and they were all there. A day or 2 later they magically reappeared on the app.

Perhaps that's the magical bit?

I gave up with the MDE app whilst we were over there as it was awful. No fast passes showing, meal reservations disappearing and generally showing completely the wrong info. Used the website using my phone browser and it was much better.

Only thing I used MDE for was to check the amount of charges on our room account.

As long as it shows using the website, I really wouldn’t be that concerned.

It isnt showing on the website. However, I just called and even though I could hardly understand her, she said there was issues worldwide and I should see it all on the site in about a week. Good job I dont see a deal to upgrade a resort

Ticket problem sorted

I had to contact Disney yesterday...tickets disappeared from MDE ...
I rang Disney 08001690749... recorded announcement advised 60 min wait for "adviser" but on hold approx 20 mins.. "Jools" told me they have had lots of problems recently due to "IT Upgrade" ... took approx 5 mins to resolve...
