Google 'spa near gatwick';brings up suggestions.
Hard for others to know what you mean by 'nearby'.

It depends what you are looking for but there is one at the Sofitel at North Terminal. Haven�t used it so don�t know how good it is unfortunately.

Depending on what you want done, have a look at Treatwell- you should be able to search for what you want doing and a location.

Depending on what you want - there�s plenty of beauty salons in Crawley and Horley (the nearby towns) but most of the hotels round that way have spas too I can recommend one of the hotels about 20 mins out from Gatwick (in turners hill, I think it�s call the Alexandria or something I�ll look it up)

It�s called Alexandra House - they have a fantastic afternoon tea!
