Confusion over exchange voucher

I bought two 2 park Universal Bonus Tickets from Florida Escapes when they had their bank holiday sale on last weekend.

I just emailed them today as hadn't received the voucher on my account (had to be voucher as <18 days till travel).

I know I'm probably being paranoid, but I've never used vouchers before... but it doesn't look overly real! It just says exchange voucher, today's date, then an address for Florida Escapes I think, and then my name and a client ID# - with 'redeem voucher at any Universal Orlando front gate ticket window'.

Please reassure me that I'm just being super paranoid and that I'll get my tickets next week!
