Thanks.
No the Conrad is central Tokyo. Hilton Tokyo Bay is right on the Disneyland Tokyo resort monorail to the parks.

We priced both up last night, and it looked like you could get a club level room at the Sheraton for the same price as a king room at the Hilton (cheapest available room for the dates we were looking at).

What's club level like? Any experience?

We've just returned and stayed at the Sheraton Tokyo Bay, I'd definitely recommend staying there! It couldn't be in a better location, you walk out the entrance to the hotel, cross the road and you're at the entrance to Bayside Monorail Station. They run a little bus as well, but it's a 3 minute walk. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are really clean - we couldn't fault this hotel

How easy is it to get into Tokyo and see other sites? By the time we get to Tokyo it will be the end of a very long tour including Singapore and Oz so I’d prefer not to change hotel.

I thought it was fairly easy to get from the Sheraton Tokyo Bay into central Tokyo. Monorail to the main Disney train station (Maihama if I don't remember wrongly), where you can get a train that goes directly into central Tokyo within a few stops. Public transport is very good in Tokyo, and with Google maps it's very easy to navigate around...
