Which row(s) have you booked?
Most (possibly all?) of TC's own A330's have the toilets down stairs. The staircase is in the middle of the aircraft at row 29-30

I believe it's one of the Scandinavian with the two seats out at the front. We've booked row 31, 32 & 33

Looking at the seat map I think we might be on one of the Scandinavian ones to, anyone know what they are like? All ok or are there things we should watch out for? We have booked economy out and PE home in may/June 2018 from gatwick

Hi have I missed out on the seat glitch price ? I've tried this morning but seems I missed it... I need more Dibbing time clearly ! If anyone manages to book please let me know I've got 5 seats which really adds to costs ! Thanks as always x

For those who don't want to e-mail their itinerary to Check My Trip, you can set up an account on your PC and put your details there. They will then show up on your phone app when you log in.

I have just found that £40 per person has been added to my invoice after I booked seats during the glitch and was assured that I wouldn't be charged. If you did this it may be worth checking your invoice too.

We booked seats during the glitch. I have an invoice from TC with confirmation of the seat booking and a balance of £0

I checked my invoice and it says £0 also. Hope they don't charge me, although I'm not sure how they can now? I've even changed my seats too after the seat price increase with no extra charge.

I missed out on this and I'm due to fly in a few weeks.
Still not sure what to do as an extra 200 quid would come in useful when we are away.

I've been in touch with them today. The person I spoke to online was telling me that the seats weren't guaranteed anymore but she obviously didn't know about the glitch back in the spring. I later rang and spoke to someone who seemed to know all about it and reassured me that my seats were safe and that I wasn't being charged. Panic over!
