OP is right. Free dining has been released.

It seems like they still need to release availability for other rooms, though. The Deluxe's still seem to have only Garden/Water view rooms, and no standard rooms.

yes you can book the free dining on Disney website.

Bit cheeky though POFQ hotel is £100 more expensive for the same dates. Still a saving with free dining though

Not all rooms are showing as available yet though, little mermaid room is not showing

NO - just when I check prices and proceed through the booking process - when I got to the dining selection page it was suddenly free for the first time this year!

maybe I've caught them testing, would seem an odd time to test though
