We travelled MAN-MCO with TC in PE last year. We had no complaints. Great crew, comfy seats, nice food, decent IFE. Going with TC again next year

Hi, we returned on Sunday morning, was on the air tanker, aircraft only 3.5 years old. Seatback entertainment was ok, we upgraded for £5 each. Headphones are £3.
Take your own no adaptor needed. We sat in row 9 on the way home, first off the plane, and loads of leg room. Staff were good. No premium on the aircraft we were on. It's reg. was G-VYGK. 2-4-2, I think it went to 2-3-2 towards the rear. Drinks were £7.50 for 2 beers or £8.50 for 2 wines.

We've used that route a couple of times and have booked it for next year, no problems here.

Same here we have used Thomas Cook 3 times from Manchester to MCO and had no issues at all. We would definitely use them again

Got cheap flights last year.
Customer Service = Poor at best. Could not rest until I actually got on the plane. Our booking would disappear from their systems and seat bookings would randomly change On Flight = IFE shockingly poor choice. £5 extra for a few extra films. No free drinks and hard to actually pay for one! Very hard to keep children entertained. Mix up on meals - Cabin crew thought we had not paid for this but we had. When I showed the tickets they were unapologetic Planes are ok though |

Our preferred way to cross the Atlantic to MCO. Going again Friday from GLA
Good food on way out, poor on way back. Excellent comply seats in Economy. Nice efficient crew on our flights IFE ok if you pay extra for upgrade. Drinks extra. As we don't drink alcohol we take some soft drinks on with us, bought after security. |
