Been following the rumours for months, I think Nimbus is right though can't all be happening and Monsters Inc land movie ride change in HS and the Tron ride at MK.
Hope it is but it's a serious amount of investment. Roll on D23 |

What happened to finding out the new name for Hollywood Studios at last year's D23? Anyone know?
Plus, fingers crossed for a Ratatouille ride in "France"; some interactive attractions within the FW pavilions and I like the idea of a UK attraction. Will it be our UK or the Americanised Mary Poppins UK, I wonder...

Wow- I sooo hope this happens.
Most of that on the list is exactly what my son and I were talking about when we came back this year. We love Epcot but it does need an update very badly.

I wonder what the timings are of this update? Disney tend to announce (although I know these are only at rumour stage) and then it's agggggges before anything happens.

Maybe just after DHS updates? Take the heat off Epcot and Norway (Frozen?) I do hope they get their skates on. For me, if you think about what Disney have done in terms of development and then what Universal have done in the same time frame, it's pretty laughable. Pandora is fantastic. New Fantasyland is also wonderful. Disney Springs looks great. BUT, in the same time, Universal have built two lands and Kong, closed and redone Twister, a water park, two new hotels and new restaurants on City walk... catch em if you can!

If they are going to change the name I'd guess they'd do it when they open Star Wars Land - that is, when the work on DHS is complete.
It's all a bit vague at the moment because people are just guessing. Disney may not announce anything at this year's D23 for all we know. As mentioned above, people thought they were going to announce a new name for DHS last year but that didn't happen.
