There'll be 4 of us going - 3 a + 1c.

Flights £2580 Virgin Man-MCO PE
Villa £1050 via Homeaway, 4 x bedroom + Pool (heated)
Tickets £2200 14 day WDW + Universal
Car £ 690 'Luxury' car inc 1 x night Club Level at RPR (via BA)
Acc £ 150 inc 14 nights Parking at Farmhouse B&B ( 3 double rooms inc breakfast )

So £6670 in total, but we could have done it cheaper if we'd flown economy, booked a smaller car, and missed out RPR, but I'd accounted for those 'treats' when we decided to go for our dgd's birthday.

Typically in the £7-8k region each year. This year was slightly cheaper as we shared a villa with friends which brought that part down and we spent less time shopping (though I don’t count a lot of my shopping into our Disney cost as to be honest I would have spent it anyway on new underwear and clothes for work and casual)

We typically spend in the region of £10-12k a year ok holidays and I’m happy to spend the most of that on Disney.

Having a year off (maybe... ) next year and have booked a cruise (on a Disney ship &#128514 with a week on the beach tagged on.

We are spending about £3500 for 2 adults and a teen in August next year without spends.

Flights to Miami with BA £1600 with SUV
11 nights in Rosen Inn at Point Orlando £429. I know it's not everybody's choice but we stayed there once and it was absolutely fine and in a great location.
3 nights in Miami- not booked as yet. I'm thinking about £150 per night.
Universal Tickets for 2 weeks £684
Car park at airport, insurance, cattery fees another £300.

I think this year will be the cheapest way we ever done it.

I think we actually did quite well on our prices for Disney accommodation and flights. VH were quoting 10K for two weeks at the BC and flights. Shopping around and using airmails I got this for just over 6K. Thats 2a,2c.

The fact that we then added on a Disney Cruise, Universal hotel and tickets. Halloween and Christmas Party tickets. Lets not mention the dessert parties that I just can't bring myself to add it all up

😮 when I add it up it’s eye watering! For us with our extras and now 28 night
Okw for 4 adults plus 1 child £5800 with tickets and dining 16 nights, 3 nights cruise £2000, 10 nights universal plus AP passes £2500, £150 1 night Miami, transport to and from ports £400 but that is for a limo as a surprise £1000 spends and £1000 universal food, £2200 flights totalling a staggering £15, 000 no wonder I feel like I’ve lived at work for a year averaging an extra 50 hrs per month overtime on my usual full time hours but now with 9 days to go can’t wait, next yr is just 10 days universal hence buying the AP, already booked with virgin £2800 for 3 adults and 1 child, no Disney planned need a cheap fix for a few years to mend the house 😀

My running total is £6138 for 2 adults, 3 children staying offsite in a 3 bed house in the school holidays, with direct flights, car, parking, all disney and universal tickets, travel to airport, estas, insurance etc. Just food and spending money for while we are there...not sure I'll want to add that up!

I have a spreadsheet for each trip with everything on so I know exactly how much we spend. It is rubbish seeing the difference between last year in term time versus this year in school holidays but not as bad as I might have expected when I see the jump in prices for somewhere like Center Parcs between term time and holidays!

This year was around £6,200 (2 adults, 1 child) next year jumps up to £6,900 as we are staying on site for 1 week and upgraded to DDP.

We save a bit each month and pay for stuff at different times so it never feels that much.
