OP - sorry this has happened and sounds like a bit of a nightmare. However, are you sure that you actually booked the free dining offer as it's not automatic with some agents just because you book when the offer is on. You have to book the accommodation and tickets at the same time as a package to qualify for free dining, but I remember your booking from a previous thread as we were all amazed at the bargain price you got for the Beach Club of £1600pp for 10 nights including flights. BC is around £300 per night, so that's £3000 right there, meaning flights were only £100pp.

Looking at your wording, it looks like you might have purchased the tickets separately and not at the same time as the flight/accommodation deal:
No that is everything but we also purchased tickets and upgraded the flight but Thomsons had great prices from Manchester leaving either 25 or 28 April. Cost for 10 nights at BC plus DDP plus flights taking discount code and Quidco about £1600

I'm wondering if you booked a special deal during free dining and assumed that free dining would be included? I hope not, but without any paperwork showing that you should have the plan, I'm not sure what you can do

Thats what I was thinking, however, found this post (sept) from op...

"We are going to the Beach club in April with Thomson and have booked 14 day Disney tickets (for the free dining offer) does anyone know if you receive the $100 gift card as well ? "

So looks all ok from this - lets hope all works out ok

EDIT... just re-read that and still doesnt state purchased at the same time.. not got a good feeling about this

Log into the TUi / Thomson website - view your booking breakdown. If you have the free dining it will be detailed on there.

Fingers crossed. I do really hope this is a Thomson mistake that can be fixed and not a misunderstanding by the OP of what they've booked. Must be incredibly stressful for them

This happened to me the first time we went to WDW in 2009 I booked a package with Thomas Cook, when we arrived at Port Orleans there was no dining plan showing on the booking.
Luckily I had all my paperwork showing the dining plan and one of the managers was able to contact Thomas Cook the next day and get it added to our booking.

Hope you get sorted ok OP, I did panic a bit when the CM checking us in stated we had no dining plan.
