Photo Pass Question

Hi, is the photo pass free? I am getting confused between this and the memory maker..

Memory maker is free with 2016 Ultimate tickets.

It was called photopass in previous years and is now called memory maker. You still use the photopass online service to view and download your photos and the photographers are still called photopass photographers. It's a bit confusing really but essentially it's all free for 2016 with Ultimate tickets, unless you choose to buy additional photopass products (photo books, CD, mugs etc).
