Summer of Superheroes in 2018

They've just a announced the summer of heroes for Paris next year. 10th June to 30th June. Also showing off bits a out the new stunt to at Cinemaquie.

Details below:

Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Spider-Man, Star-Lord and Black Widow will appear for the first time exclusively at Disneyland Paris in summer 2018 in a special Marvel Summer of Super Heroes season. The Marvel Super Heroes will feature in the Walt Disney Studios Park for exciting meet & greets and breathtaking, epic shows.

But that’s not all for Marvel fans at Disneyland Paris. Disneyland Paris is also re-imagining from October 2018 one of its Resort Hotels into a universe that would make Tony Stark proud. Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel will transport guests to the action-packed, inspiring world of Super Heroes including Iron Man, The Avengers, and Spider Man among others, and will open within 2020.

Don’t miss Marvel Summer of Super Heroes and join some of your favorite characters at Walt Disney Studios Park. It will be THE big event of 2018 and will close out what has already been an unbelievable celebration of Disneyland Paris’ 25th Anniversary.

Interesting. So we are travelling from 7th to 10th of June and this suggests the 25th celebrations might still be active then which is good. Also we might be able to catch some of the Marvel additions during our last morning

We love Marvel so I think this would be quite fun for us, wonder if Black Widow will have a M&G, my daughter would be really happyvwith that.

also announced

Taking home at the former CineMagique theater, a MARVEL character show is described as a 360 degree experience with Spider-Man flying in over guest’s heads and Iron Man landing on stage. The show will feature live action sequences and projections.

Not sure what 'for the first time exclusively' means. Spider-Man has been at DLP for ages (and was great when we met him). None of the others have been at DLP before, but at least some have been in Disneyland Anaheim, and Star-Lord (and Baby Groot) are in WDW.

(Speaking of which, please can we have Baby Groot!)

We met Thor on the Disney Magic last month (we told him we were from London and he said he'd been there. We said yes, Greenwich is still recovering...!)

I have often thought that Restaurant des Stars should host a Marvel character meal. Wonder if it might be done after this?

Saw this earlier and I’m now definitely considering booking! My daughter loves iron man and would be thrilled to meet him.

Do we think this really will close on 30th September or might they extend it? We're not going until Jan 2019 but I would LOVE to see this!

It'll be Halloween from October so can't see it being extended. Seasons don't cross over.
In 2018 they have:
Season of the force 13th Jan - 25th Mar
Princess and pirates 31st Mar - 31st May
Disney FanDaze 1st-2nd Jun
Summer of Superheroes 10th Jun - 30th Sep
Halloween October
Christmas Nov - Early Jan

Most likely season of the force will start in January 2019 when Christmas finishes
