We have done a couple of Mexican meals from Simply Cook this week. Handy as they needed similar ingredients and optional extras. Both easy and delicious, the Bean and Sweetcorn provided enough for two meals.

Not at all happy with Hello Fresh today, expecting a delivery but got no delivery notification by email. Phoned to enquire - problem with courier and it won't arrive till tomorrow. I asked what if it has 'gone off'. I've told to contact them again tomorrow if that is the case and been given a £10 credit. I might be cancelling soon if this carries on as have had to go out to buy tonight's tea.

We had that last night and thought it was delicious. Tonight we have had the Melty Greek Lamb Moussaka. That was another hit. Forgot to take pictures again.

This is our latest box...
We're having chicken teriyaki tonight. I tried to choose the healthier options this week. |

I got a box before Christmas and honestly it was lovely to just have all the meals for four days planned out.
I think I’m going to order a box about once a month or when I see things we will like. I keep all the cards we liked from previous meals in the free folder and we have definitely introduced new meals. For example we had the marmite meatballs tonight using our own ingredients and it was lovely. |
