So pleased you got Toad and what great customer service. I have two ASD daughters and know what this must have meant not only to your Lad but also the rest of the family. Just great. (In 2010 my then 6 year old wanted a Jessie doll while we were at Hollywood Studios. Do you think we could find one? In the end we bought an overpriced ceramic miniature while there and got her a much better one from Tesco when we got home!).
