Photos missing from photoshare

We are in the July photoshare, pictures that were taken and scanned by me with my magic band are showing in the group share, but it looks like photos that my daughters scanned their bands for are only appearing in our account and not in the share.
All Family's and friends settings are set to share, and the girls are on my MDE account, not a a separate one,
Can anyone help please! The final download is being done tonight.

I had a similar problem with my other half...each person has to be linked even if they don't have separate accounts. I had to email the photopass people to get them to help cos I couldn't get it to link on my own.

You contact Photoshare at Disney. They'll ask for dates, what you wearing etc and which park. They are pretty good at finding missing photos.

Your daughters bands need to be linked to the host account for the photos to appear.
