Hello everyone,
Does anyone have a e.mail address for Virgin Holidays?
We want to reschedule our holiday ( again ) to 2022 and doing it via e.mail is a lot easier for us ?

You can contact via WhatsApp to reschedule- staff reply promptly and very efficient. This is how I rescheduled.

The WhatsApp service is very good. I put the wrong date of birth for my daughter and they responded & corrected it and sent me a new invoice within 24 hours. Wish BA had something similar!

I WhatsApp,d and a nice young man called Mike called me just after 9 ... all changed now to exactly the same but next year , with just a slight price difference 😊.
Very impressed with their service

What date were you going? Im wanting to change mine but they have said be 50pp admin fee

I was due to fly out on 29th April 2021, already changes once from 2020.
I looked up what I wanted to re book to on their website so I had an idea ... the quote Mike then gave me was over £800 less and NO admin fees.
