Disney Cultural Exchange Program Summer 2025

My DD is off to Orlando this Summer to take part in the CEP, lucky girl. Her role will be as a lifeguard, it was her first choice as this is her part time job here. Are there any other Dibber kids going this summer?

My DD went in 2017 in connection with her uni. She worked at DHS in costuming, dressing for Launch Bay and Fantasmic

DS did the CEP last year and it has established new friends for life.

Hoping my DD will get to go, she has a place but needs to wait until March to see if her exams clash. It's torture! Eldest went and was a CM on ROR. Had an incredible time!

GD is going. Think she is at AK with food preparation. She works McDonald’s p/t, although she put down retail as first choice. She wanted something different.

Hope those going this year all have a great time. I'm sure they will do. My DD went last year and had a wonderful time as a CM at FOP, and loved her time doing it after some initial worries. She liked it so much that she had been sort of thinking of doing the one year programme (the entry requirements have put a stop to that). She's still in touch with people she met whilst she was a CM (she spent about 2 hours on a call to a friend in Rhode Island just the other day) and she's met up with a few of those new friends over here a couple of times since last summer.

My son did it last year and had an absolute blast. He was on merchandising at Hollywood Studios. He’s just applied for the Cultural Rep program (which is 1 year, based at the UK pavilion in EPCOT) as he loved it so much.

This program is much harder to get on and can often take several attempts to get through so his hopes aren’t hugely high for his first go! He will hear in a few weeks if he has got through to the next round.
