Halloween - what parades?
Haven't been to DLP for over three years and have no idea what parades might be on now - is it still Stars n Cars in WDS? What about DLP? Are there any night time parades?

Yes as far as I'm aware its still Stars in Cars but you will get the night time Dreams show at the end of the night in MK

yes, still Stars n Cars daily in the Studios (its just a drive-past parade now though, no show stop or autograph opportunities during it).
Daily parade is Magic On Parade in the main park, at either 4pm or 5pm (check the park programme online a week or so before you go to get the correct time). Again, no show stops in this parade anymore. At park closing time in the main park, you will have Dreams (fantastic lazer/light/music show over the Castle, don't miss it). Are you there on 31st October? If so, you can pay £30 extra on top of your normal park ticket price, for a Halloween night party ticket, which allows you to stay in the main park after the normal closing time, and enjoy the park, rides, and characters all being Halloweeny-scary. All dates in Halloween season, there will be themed character meet n greets, probably a pre-parade of some description in the main park, a show possibly on the stage to the right of the Castle etc etc. I'd expect the press release detailing this stuff to come out very shortly, and of course come the first day of Halloween season in October, you'll see the Halloween events etc on the park programme with timings etc. |

Wow, thank you! Lots to look for.
Shame about no autographs on Stars and Cars anymore, but great to have an extra Halloween one, too! We will be there for Halloween, wasn't sure about the party with a 6 and 2 year old...too scary?!?! |

We're trying to book up for next year at Halloween, so thanks for the info.
We will be at the park before the actual 31st though, so we'll miss out on this, but are the characters in Halloween costumes during these parades or at least during the October Halloween season? FD
