Wheelchair advice Disney and US
Sat in Gatwick waiting for our flight to florida and my daughters osgood schlatter's has decided to really flare up, I have just booked assistance to help her to the gate as she is really suffering this morning but its made me think that she is really likely to struggle a lot round the parks over the next 18 days so was thinking a wheelchair to cut down on the amount of walking about she will have to do might be really helpful but I have no experience of this
We have 6 nights booked at the portofino bay then 12 at old key west so any advise on where to hire one, costs, whether it's a good idea etc would be much appreciated

I have no idea if they are any good - but when driving round the Disney road system on various visits we have very frequently seen trucks for Buena Vista Scooter Rentals driving round. They clearly have a pretty big operation & deliver to Disney hotels.
Phone number is 407-331-9147 & they open at 8am local time. |

I have used Orlando Medical Rentals orlandomedicalrentals/ twice now and they have been great
Or Gateway rentals gateway-rentals/ Both of these companies are much cheaper than hiring from the parks. They drop off & collect too. |

Beuna Vista Scooter user. You can do a split stay so have one for your first and one for your second stay so no need to transport between the two resorts.
