I have got to fill the form out for VA, before I can fly. What happens if my doctor / consultant says I can fly, but VA say I cannot. Will VH refund my money back? I don't want to pay for the holiday before I know that I can fly.
I have never had a problem with VA, but this time they are demanding that I fill out the form. I have phoned them to ask why I need to fill out this form, when nothing has changed. The special assistance lady was very unhelpful and just said that's how it is.
It's stressing me out, I feel like cancelling the holiday.

Its a MEDIF form (its about 4 pages long with a lot of questions), I have never heard about it until I emailed to say that I will be taking a nebuliser with me (never had to use it whilst flying) - like I have many times before, but they have insisted that my doctor fills it out and then send it to them about 6 weeks before flying.
This is where the problem is. VH wants their money well before this date.
