You can find maps of all Disney resorts and area in the DIBB menu list on the right of this page ----->
Click on "park and resort maps". If you select Disney Springs you'll get this:

http://www.thedibb.co.uk/web_images/maps/DDMap.pdf - two pages.

The "fork" referred to is Marketplace Dock. The area under development is to the right hand side of the map.

Planet Hollywood is No 34 (mid bottom of map). Note this is closing for re-development in January. The new designed Planet Hollywood Observatory will open late 2016 and will look like this:

Is this area ticketed or can you just turn up, park, and walk around?

You can just turn up and walk around. Lots of bars and restaurants and shops to explore!

Parking is currently free. (Multi storey car parks). That may change in the future.

I'd avoid Planet Hollywood - pretty awful when we went this year... They need to re-furb more than just the building
